Shipping Policy

At Posterland.art, we strive to provide the best possible shipping experience for our customers.

1. DELIVERY

All art prints are sent rolled in a heavy-duty cardboard tube from our warehouse in the USA.

Shipping times:

  • We dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days.
  • For any specific concerns or questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Thank you for your continued support.

2. SHIPPING COST

All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. However, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs.

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery of your package by visiting the shipping carrier’s website.

4. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. We may require additional information or documentation from you to complete the claim process. If you receive a damaged item as part of your order, we will be happy to reprint and replace it free of charge. Simply reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of the rest.

5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we consider the order fulfilled.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers have a 2-hour window to cancel their order after placing it. If more than 2 hours have passed since the order was placed, we will not be able to cancel the order and it will be processed and shipped as usual.

7. UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a package is not collected and is returned to us by the post office, we will not issue a refund until we receive the parcel back at our lab. Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the specified retention period to avoid returns.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

9. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon receiving their order. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and vary by country.
